New Uniform Shop Staff Ready for Business

On Monday, 25 February we welcomed our new uniform supplier.  Noone Imagewear have begun trading, and their staff are excited to get to know their new College community better as they welcome customers in the Garcia Building.  The easy smiles and friendly demeanor belie all the hard work and preparation that went into ensuring that the shop would be ready for business, with Melanie Whitling, General Manager (Sales & Marketing), rolling up her sleeves to help her team unpack and sort through hundreds of boxes of stock.

While some of the more obscure stock items have been struck off the merchandise list permanently, parents and students can be assured that all their uniform needs will be met by one of Australia’s market leaders in academic apparel, supplying to over 1,350 schools nationally with over 70 years of solid experience behind them.

Visitors who come into their threshold will likely meet Shop Manager Juliet Medland and Retail Area Manager Sandra Landrigan; both women are experienced in retail and committed to providing excellent support for their clients.  Juliet (pictured on the left with Sandra on her right) is also excited at the prospect of having her niece join St Vincent’s College from next year as a Year 7 student. 

And mostly behind the scenes, Sales Account Manager Chrissy Jones will work closely with our uniform committee, Registrar and other staff to ensure that the students have the latest market information on developments in design, fabrics and styling.

With this change of hands, the College is poised to take advantage of the other extra benefits Noone can offer, including personalised uniform fittings and extended trading hours during peak periods.  While the shop is usually open on Mondays (8am-2pm), Wednesdays (12-5pm) and Fridays (8am-2pm), they will provide trading opportunities during the school holidays.  Online shopping will also be operational from 11 March to add to their clients’ convenience.  Details for school holiday trading hours and access to online shopping will be posted on this website, so please keep an eye out for them.
